Empire Oil Company's right of way agents are extremely effective, personable, ethical and honest with a vast array of experience. 

We are highly qualified in negotiating and preparing pipeline easements, well-site access, pad sites, salt water disposal wells, valve sites, access roads, and temporary work space agreements. Our full service right of way department has project management experience and handles easement acquisitions, settlement of damage claims, surface inspections, line list development and permitting. 

We negotiate with landowners in good faith and work diligently with them in all aspects including surface use, reclamation, remediation and restoration.

Our right of way agents are OSHA and H2S certified. If on-site location work is requested, our contractors are equipped with fire resistant clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, high visibility vests and OSHA approved footwear.
